Over the past decade, James has worked with senior executives from organizations and institutions such as Singapore’s Ministry of Home Affairs, KPMG, Accuity, MayBank, Deloitte, Société Générale, the Singapore Armed Forces, the Marketing Institute of Singapore, and the National University of Singapore. James’s unique strength lies in his ability to make NLP and psychometric systems—such as the MBTI and the Enneagram—relevant to executives in the areas of leadership, sales, team development, conflict resolution, mentoring, and leadership coaching.

Background

James holds an MBA from the Lord Ashcroft International Business School at Anglia Ruskin University. He is a certified management consultant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Consultants. James is also an accredited Enneagram teacher, trained by the distinguished Fulbright scholar and psychiatrist Dr. Claudio Naranjo.
