You don't have to be a manager to lead. Many people lead projects, teams, colleagues, or processes without having formal responsibility for staff.
In this training program, you’ll gain the knowledge and practical tools you need to feel more confident in that role. You’ll practice communicating, influencing others, handling various situations, and getting people to work together—all without relying on a managerial title.
Leading when you're not a manager comes with its own set of challenges. You need to get people on board, set a direction, and sometimes deal with resistance—all without having a formal mandate to make decisions.
During the training, we’ll explore what happens in groups, how you communicate and influence others, and how your own behavior affects others. You’ll be given models and tools, but above all, the opportunity to try things out and practice.
The training program lasts four days, divided into two two-day modules with about a month in between. Between the modules, you’ll have the opportunity to apply what you’ve learned in your daily work.
This training is designed for people who lead others without having formal personnel responsibility. For example, you might be a team leader, project manager, teacher, Scrum Master, or product owner.
What they all have in common is that you need to get people on board and make the work happen even when you don't have a formal management title.
