Together with SIBAB, we have worked with the entire organization on psychological safety. In a workshop, participants had the opportunity to try things out, reflect, and explore together what is needed to create a climate where people feel safe to speak their minds, listen to one another, and have the necessary conversations.
And sometimes the effect is noticeable sooner than you might think.
