For over 25 years, Caroline has worked in operational management at medium- and large-sized French and international manufacturing companies. She has extensive experience in supply chain management, the implementation of supply chain functions, expertise in planning and scheduling (Sales & Operations Planning), and in transforming companies into demand-driven, adaptable organizations. Caroline has more than 20 years of experience as a board member of an industry organization that promotes innovative educational methods.
Caroline is an APICS instructor, a certified board member, and a qualified trainer for The Fresh Connection serious game across four continents, as well as an NLP Master Trainer. Caroline is the author of a best-selling management book: “Le chaînon manquant” (3rd edition, AFNOR), written in the style of a mystery novel, which won a national French award in 2008. A revised version illustrating the Demand Driven Adaptive Enterprise (DDAE) methodology was published in July 2016: “The Missing Links,” Industrial Press, USA. As a master instructor at the Demand Driven Institute, she helped design the course: Adaptive Enterprise Foundations (AEF).
