Annette is a partner in Expand ApS and founder of the company, which since 1998 has worked to create space for the development of people and the potential of organisations. She is Faculty Director and Director of Education at our ACTP accredited coach training.

Annette has coached and taught hundreds of managers in coaching and she has special expertise in developing managers and management teams based on the business’ goals and needs. In order to create sustainable changes, she works in the tension between strategy, culture and management and she has a focus on and an ability to make things happen – to create transformation.

Background:

Annette has +2700 coaching hours behind her, she is an ICF Master Certified Coach and has a Master Practitioner Diploma in Systemic Team Coaching, Diploma in Coaching Mastery, she is an NLP Trainer and is a trained systemic consultant from DISPUK. She is an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner and certified in Jung’s Personality Types through the profile tool JTI. She coaches in Danish and English. She originally trained as a dentist.

In 2006, Expand was the first in Denmark to have its coaching training accredited by the International Coaching Federation, ICF. Expand collaborates with e.g. with Lederne, which offers the Coach training for managers.
