Extent
The program runs over ten days, split into five modules, with around one month between each module. This gives you the opportunity to deepdive and practice your knowledge and newfound skills in the period between modules. Throughout the course you will also work with a task. This task will follow you throughout a large portion of your training and will give you the opportunity to work together with other program participants. The trainers will support you in your work to ensure the highest possible learning rate.
The work you do individually in the program is that you will get opportunities to test out the theories and skills your learn in the modules through practical exercises. In the last module a presentation of your individual work will be had. Furthermore you will at some point in the training have the opportunity to have a personal leadership coaching sessions with one of our trainers.
When the program reaches it’s grand finale, we will celebrate your progress in all the glamour it deserves.
